Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We partner with both UPS and USPS to ship our products. We will use best judgement to ensure your products are shipped to ensure the fastest and most economical way unless otherwise specified. However, if your address is a PO Box, APO/AFO, it will ship via USPS and you should alert your local post office that you are expecting a package. You will be responsible for picking your package up in a timely manner. We will not be responsible for reshipping an item that was returned from post office due to non-pick-up. All other addresses within the continental United States will ship via a combination of UPS and USPS. Note- packages may be shipped via UPS and transferred to your local post office and then delivered via USPS for the remaining leg of the delivery. This ensures that we can keep our delivery costs low and pass the savings on to you. Since the final delivery is handled by your local postal service, your order can now be delivered 6 days a week, including Saturdays without any additional cost to you.

Returns

We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any original shipping charges that you paid unless the return was a result of Sheascents LLC error. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries or assume responsibility for lost return shipments. The buyer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of Sheascents LLC error. It is highly recommended that you ship your return via an insured service provider.

Before making a return, please send an email to our customer service department at info@mysheascents.com with the heading “Return request” within 5 days of receipt of your shipment. A representative will reply to your message and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be accompanied by a copy of the order summary & invoice. You must return the merchandise within ten calendar days after RMA number is issued. If the merchandise is not delivered back to Sheascents LLC within the authorized period, the RMA will be cancelled.

Your return authorization number must be clearly printed below our address.

Once we have received and processed your returned item, you will receive an email notification. You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 business days of your return. It will be credited to the same credit card used for your original purchase. Institutions vary in their processing periods, it may take two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
